From April 9th to April 11th, the 6th China Electronic Information Expo (CITE 2018) with the theme of “Smarting the New Era, Wisdom New Life” was held in Shenzhen. RSOPTO booth was located at booth 2C108 of Flat Panel Display section, covering an area of 64 square meters. During the whole period, the promotional video and the latest technology introduction were broadcasted. The samples of mass production testing equipment, such as glass cover, light guide plate, lens and fingerprint module, were displayed. The design and the layout of the exhibition was novel and unique.

Master the pulse of technology | Advanced equipment unveiled

With the implementation of China's smart manufacturing 2025 strategy, emerging technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence are developed rapidly. Traditional manufacturing industries need to use a new generation of intelligent solutions to reduce labor costs and improve production efficiency, and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing. In the field of machine vision technology, RSOPTO had two customized devices introduced: OLED appearance and precision inspection equipment, and graphene defect detection equipment in this event. The core technology is the independent research and development of RSOPTO, and its technical strength far exceeds that of its domestic counterparts and comparable to foreign standards.

Graphene defect detection equipment

With the increasing requirements for thermal management of high-performance electronic devices, the development of new graphene heat dissipation technology has been promoted, and high-end 3C products use graphene as the preferred heat dissipation technology. Our company has developed a graphene heat sink inspection equipment with independent intellectual property rights for one and a half years. The technology is in a leading position among the peers, with an operating efficiency of 2.5S/pcs and a comparison of artificial efficiency by 6.4 times. The efficiency and stability are better than manual testing. At present, it has been delivered to customers in batches. The terminal products are high-end products such as Apple Iphone X, Iphone 8 Plus, Huawei P20 and Mate 10. According to the requirements of customers' products, the equipment can quickly change to different products, and realize the requirement of one set of algorithms corresponding to multiple products.

Flexible OLED appearance defect detection device

As OLED technology continues to mature, yields continue to rise and production costs continue to decrease, the golden age of OLED technology has arrived. Our research and development team has developed a flexible OLED visual inspection equipment after one year of research and development. It is mainly used for appearance defects such as flexible OLED bubbles and bumps, as well as defect detection such as offset accuracy of products. It has been delivered to domestic first-line OLED manufacturers in batches. The terminal products are mobile phone screens of many first-line brands such as Apple, Huawei, OPPO, VIVO, etc.
